At Steel Workwear, we strive to supply you with the very best quality garments that you are proud of and that keep you looking at your best.
In the unlikely event that you’re not completely happy with your garment order, we will of course accept the items back, under the following conditions.
WHAT WE WILL ACCEPT
Plain items – We are able to accept all unworn plain garments, provided they are returned in the condition supplied (unworn and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
FAULTY ITEMS
All our products are checked before and after decoration takes place but in the event of a fault not noticed we will also accept your return if it has been personalised.
NONE FAULTY ITEMS
However, non-faulty personalised items will not be accepted, as these are not eligible for resale.
Once approved, simply re-box or bag the items (we suggest using the original packaging) and return to us via the post office or your choice of courier to the following address below:

This is done at the customer’s expense, unless the items in question are faulty. In this instance, the customer will be reimbursed upon receipt.
HOW LONG YOU HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN
You have 10 days from receipt of your order to make a returns request.
If we have not heard from you within this time, we will assume you are happy with your items and will therefore not accept any returns.
